Tvrtka Autoped Company iz New Yorka, proizvodila ga je od 1915. do 1921. godine. Proizvodio ga je i Krupp u Njema\u010dkoj od 1919. do 1922. Ovaj motor imao je samo oko 1,5 konjskih snaga, \u0161to nije jako sna\u017eno prema dana\u0161njim standardima, ali je bilo dovoljno da pomogne ljudima da se kre\u0107u br\u017ee od hodanja. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autoped je izgledao kao stoje\u0107i skuter i romobil sli\u010dno onima koje vidite danas na na\u0161im ulicama (razlika je \u0161to su dana\u0161nji ve\u0107inom elektri\u010dni). Imao je ravnu platformu na kojoj je voza\u010d mogao stajati i upravlja\u010d za upravljanje, ba\u0161 kao i bicikl. Voza\u010di su kontrolirali brzinu i ko\u010dnice pomo\u0107u poluga na upravlja\u010du. Maksimalna brzina ameri\u010dkog modela je bila 32 km\/h, a njema\u010dkog do 35 km\/h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autoped je bio popularan u gradovima jer je bio mali i lak na\u010din za kretanje. Koristili su ga razli\u010diti ljudi, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i po\u0161tanske slu\u017ebenike koji su trebali brzo dostaviti po\u0161tu.
