Prošli je tjedan u e-mail sandučiće pretplatnika stigao novi, svibanjski broj "EuroClio Newslettera". Na dvanaest stranica opisuju se aktivnosti europske udruge nastavnika povijesti i najavljuju se seminari, promocije i sastanci do kraja godine. On 14 March it was the moment to present the book “Ordinary People in an Extraordinary Country, Every Day Life in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Serbia 1945-1990, Yugoslavia between East and West,” in Serbia. This book, a modern regional history in 20 active lessons, is produced within the frame-work of the EUROCLIO/ MATRA project History in Ac-tion – Planning for the Future. This event was organised in the historic setting of the “Aeroclub” and well attended by both history educators and historians, as well as by rep-resentatives on the Ministry of Education, the media and the international diplomatic community. After the official presentations there was a very positive report about the reactions after the first training seminar in Zajecar, where the book was well received and hailed as a perfect example on how to teach innovative history. The Public Promotion of the same book took place in Zagreb, Croatia, on April 11th Unfortunately the public turn out was rather low, however important key persons were present. The presentation was very professional and provoked good questions among the audience. The Bosnian team has already presented the book in early February. The media reaction on this regional publication has been posi-tive in all three countries.
